Rain

This is the one thing that has characterised the last many days (currently wrestling with a keyboard where half the keys are in the wrong place - "q" where "a" normally is - must be hell for touch typists). Rain on the way to Portsmouth. Rain on the way through France. Rain today. But, as some people will not be surprised to know, we managed to stop the rain for long enough to put up the yurt in a field near Le Bugue.

Too much to say right now. Just wanted to say that nous sommes arrivées.

Will write at greqter length - qnd with pictures (see?) - when there's a moment's peace. And probably on an English keyboard...

Weather is crap here and I've got not one, not two but THREE jackhammers outside my window in glorious surround sound digging up Soho all day.
Lots of love and luck to you all xxxxxx

Hey - we've been thinking about you and wondering how you are getting on in your adventures; there hasn't been a day go past without one of us just saying "I wonder how Clare and Alex are getting on . . . ." So, it's nice to see that you are attempting the blog. We'll keep checking back! Love from rainy Brighton (where we are currently dealing with poorly rabbit after a fox attack at 3 in the afternoon . . . . drama, eh?!)

(that was a poor attempt at making our conventional lifestyle sound as exciting as your newly radical one. . . .)

To the very lovely Alexander Crowe & equally lovely Crowettes. A big sunny 'welcome to your new life' from Sydney, Oz. 'Tis I - Phyllis Foundis. My little family - Kym and Dean Elijah send you all lots of love and starry thoughts. Tonight as our fifteen month old argued about going to bed, I googled your blog for a Crowe Update. Glad to hear everything has finally, truly, really worked out. The best is yet to come I'm sure. Have spent this weekend doing something delicious for the ol' creative spirit - a comedy writing seminar. And, as if we needed any further validation my fellow scribe, ad copy ain't where it's at. Keep in touch. Keep the comedy in your heart! Lots and lots of love... Phyllis, Kym and little D xxx
